- PM Road Bike: 15.38 Mi - 700' - 1:17 - Easy: Commute - Rode out to the driving range and hit some ball, then rode back.
- PM Road Bike: 35.96 Mi - 1,200' - 2:08 - Moderate: Down to Marshall Mesa, Cherryvale, Valmont, 95th to Superior, back to Boulder via Marshal rd, then to Larkburger for some food.
- AM Road Bike: 42.28 Mi - 2,000' - 2:33 - Moderate: Another big ride, my butt is getting sore. Out towards the north today, through Longmont and around.
- PM Road Bike: 9.89 Mi - 300' - 0:5 - Easy: Commute - Cruised around town to watch the USA-BEL world cup game (USA lost) and pick up some food.
- PM Road Bike: 21.15 Mi - 900' - 1:10 - Easy: Took it nice n' easy today on the bike, only did 21 miles. Cherryvale, Valmont, 75th, S Boulder Rd.
- AM Core/Strength: Floor workout at home focusing on core/hip stability.
- PM Core/Strength: Got a gym membership, hit the weights for some upper body strength training.
- PM Elliptical: 8.53 Mi - na' - 1:00 - Easy: First time using an elliptical in a very long time. Today was my 6th day off without running. I'm trying to get my groin tendinitis resolved once and for all and hopefully all this low impact training can help with that while keeping my fitness level up.
- AM Road Bike: 38.04 Mi - 3,000' - 2:26 - Hills: Rode to Jamestown via Left Hand Canyon. Linked up with another guy (Forest) who I met on the way out and rode with him for the rest of the ride. Got going 49.5 mph on the way down, fastest I've ever gone on a bike.
- PM Core/Strength: Floor workout at home focusing on core/hip stability.
