- AM Core/Strength: Floor workout at home focusing on core/hip stability.
- AM Run: 6.47 Mi - 2,700' - 1:30 - Hills: After taking 8 days off I decided to give it a go even though I knew my groin is still not recovered. Actually not sure if taking those days off did any good at all... With just 2 months till RRR100 I figure its time I just run and really focus on the core/hip strength and flexibility and hopefully find a way to heal it while training. Speedgoat 50k is 2 weeks out and questionable at best. See how I feel at the end of this week.
- PM Road Bike: 36.26 Mi - 1,600' - 2:20 - Easy: Went all over the east side of town, just a nice east ride to get in some time on the bike. Explored some new roads north of Valmont too.
- PM Run: 5.086 Mi - 700' - 0:48 - Moderate: Skunk canyon loop... that was pretty much miserable. Legs felt like hell, feet hurt, groin was tight, and running just felt awkward. Not sure what to do.... time off or push on and hope it flushes out.
- AM Core/Strength: Core & hip stability workout at home.
- PM Run: 5.38 Mi - 1,100' - 1:44 - Moderate: 1,100' - Hike/jog up Bear Canyon in the dark. Hiked up, jogged back down.

- PM Run: 6.62 Mi - 300' - 0:53 - Easy: Runners Roost Denver group run. Ran with Liz and handed out samples of VFuel after the run.

- AM Run: 5.17 Mi - 1,300' - 1:08 - Easy: Easy jog hike up to the top of the falls in Telluride while watching Hardrock 100.
- PM Run: 5.17 Mi - 2,200' - 1:08 - Hills: Ran up towards Handis Peak to watch Kilian and the rest of the top 5 guys on the climb around mile 45.
