- AM Run: 6.88 Mi - 600' - 1:00 - Easy: Ran in Breckenridge again, this time on some new trails on the NE side of town. These trails ran right through peoples yards and very close to some houses. Turned around just as the trail was getting good. Definitely going to be checking that one out again.
- PM Road Bike: 9.84 Mi - 300' - 0:57 - Commute: Rode over to the Valmont disc golf course then to the store to get some food. I wonder if there is such a thing as speed disc golf..?
- PM Core/Strength: Core & hip stability workout.
- AM Run: 5.11 Mi - 800' - 0:45 - Easy: Skunk loop. Hip flexor was a bit tight which aggravated my groin a bit on the rocky sections. Heating before definitely makes my groin feel better at the start though, trying to stick with that and a good stretch / icing session after.
- PM Core/Strength: Core & hip stability workout.
- AM Run: 7.09 Mi - 1,000' - 1:00 - Easy: Out n Back to Bluestem. Groin was pretty achy at the start but never got worse. Probably because I didn't get very good sleep last night. Follow up apt later this week hopefully to get worked on again.
- PM Core/Strength: Weight training workout.
- AM Run: 9.31 Mi - 700' - 1:18 - Easy: Rainy day, stuck to the roads. Ran the first 50 minutes with Trent Beachy then finished it out solo. Steady light rain but it was almost 60 degrees so still a pleasant run. Groin was minimal but consistent throughout.
- PM Core/Strength: Core & hip stability workout.
- AM Run: 7.15 Mi - 1,300' - 1:01 - Easy: Shanahan loop via Bear Canyon / Mesa. The rain has finally stopped and the trails are starting to dry out. Legs felt alright, groin was noticeable mostly on the descents.

- PM Road Bike: 8.89 Mi - 200' - 0:53 - Commute: Went downtown to grab a couple drink with some friends. Feeling like my bike is being neglected these days..
- AM Run: 3.49 Mi - 200' - 0:32 - Easy: Short jaunt on the bike paths in town. Getting my groin worked on later today, so hopefully between that and an easy day I'll feel descent running 2 hrs tomorrow.
- AM Run: 7.33 Mi - 1,100' - 1:00 - Easy: Skunk + Enchanted Mesa loop. Groin definitely felt a little looser today after getting it worked on last night. Pushed the "long" run back a day though just to let it rest after that, doc's orders.
