- PM Road Bike: 20.18 Mi - 800' - 1:10 - Moderate: Pretty hot out today.. 90's. Cherryvale, Valmont, 75th, S Boulder Rd. Good to get out but could feel the groin even while riding. Getting it checked out tomorrow so hopefully I will know what to do / how much.

- AM Run: 5.06 Mi - 700' - 0:45 - Easy: Out n back on Skunk from home. I went to get my groin checked out yesterday and after she dug into it with some deep cross fiber massage and then dry needling she told me to start running. Just keep to a lower volume for now. Hopefully with some new exercises, heat/ice, and a little manual therapy I can get this tendinitis out of me.
- PM Core/Strength: Core & hip stability workout.
- AM Run: 6.35 Mi - 800' - 1:01 - Easy: Trent Beachy drove up and joined me for the run. Over to Shanahan and did the lower loop towards 93. Could feel the groin early on but it loosened up towards the end.

- AM Run: 5.22 Mi - 800' - 0:45 - Easy: Reverse Skunk loop. Didn't get out until 9:00 and it was already hot. Could feel the groin the entire time, but a dull ache/tightness.

- AM Run: 3.21 Mi - 400' - 0:35 - Easy: Super easy run around Shanahan. Groin actually felt pretty good for most of it and I was feeling pretty energetic.

- AM Run: 10.83 Mi - 1,300' - 1:32 - Moderate: Out n back on the Peak Tr in Breckenridge from the Nordic Center. Ran a little harder today which felt good. My groin was noticeable the whole time but didn't feel too restrictive.
