Training Week: February 9 - 15

Sunday: 
  • Day Off.  
Monday: 
  • PM Run: 10.79 Mi - 700' - 1:13 - Moderate: Faster run on the bike paths around Boulder. Got soaked by a truck driving by when it hit a huge puddle... really hope it wasn't on purpose.
Tuesday: 
  • Day Off. 
Wednesday: 
  • AM Run: 5.03 Mi - 400' - 0:39 - Easy: Morning jog-trot with Trent.
Thursday: 
  • PM Run: 4.42 Mi - 300' - 0:30 - Easy: A quick run with Jess before helping her move stuff up to Ned. 
Friday: 
  • AM Run: 10.08 Mi - 1,900' - 1:22 - Easy: Ran from Jess's house up in Ned. Sloppy roads and lots of climbs. Was not feeling great.. the run kinda sucked.  
Saturday:
  • PM Run: 5.01 Mi - 1,100' - 0:43 - Easy: A short n quick run up S Mountain and on some other trails in Salida. About 4 weeks until I will be running the trail marathon here.
