Sunday:
- Day Off.
- PM Run: 10.01 Mi - 1,900' - 1:34 - Easy: Explored some trails on Shannahan Ridge. Enjoyed a very nice spring day that hit 65 degrees. Wearing shorts in February.. now that I can get used to.
- AM Run: 10.13 Mi - 1,000' - 1:07 - Moderate: Had to get this run in quick due to last minute plans to go to a Nuggets game. Did a flattish out n back in order to move faster.
- AM Run: 20.03 Mi - 2,700' - 3:00 - Long: Woke up to a couple inches of fresh show. Not long after the sun came up some crazy fog rolled in out of nowhere.. made it a lot colder than it already was. That dissipated though and the rest of the run was warm.
- PM Road Bike: 2.81 Mi - 100' - 0:12 - Commute: First time on my bike this year. Just a quick cruise down to the post office and back. If it stays nice I hope to get out for some actual rides later this week.
- AM Run: 10.16 Mi - 1,500' - 1:22 - Easy: Got a little high altitude run in today up on Gold Hill Rd at 9,000'. Legs were a bit tired from the past couple runs but not horrible.
- PM Road Bike: 14.48 Mi - 300' - 1:03 - Easy: Went out for a cruiser ride around the bike paths. Felt good to be back on my bike and out for an actual ride. Now if I only had a real road bike... (Mine's a cyclocross. With very bald tires.)
- AM Run: 6.76 Mi - 1,100' - 0:53 - Easy: Short one on the trails out back with Cam. Looking forward to some good training runs with him this spring / summer.
- PM Run: 6.15 Mi - 1,300' - 0:54 - Easy: First double of the year.. I think. Up NCAR to Mesa then down N. Shannahan. Drills & strides after.
- AM Run: 23.61 Mi - 6,500' - 4:24 - Long: Not exactly the type of long run I had planned but it was fun and I got a lot more vert. Oritionally I was going to run flatter and faster, but woke up to a snowstorm and some wind. Decided to head up on the trails and in the trees and eventually linked up witht the RMR's and joined the group for about 14 miles. Tagged Sanitas as well.
