California Dreamin' -- Post race mini vacation in Newport Beach.
Sunday: 
  • Day Off.
Monday: 
  • Day Off.
Tuesday: 
  • Day Off.
Wednesday: 
  • AM Run: 5.24 Mi - 1,700' - 1:08 - Easy: Climbed up a ridge above Santa Monica, CA before getting on a plane to fly back to CO.
Thursday: 
  • PM Run: 5.59 Mi - 400' - 0:42 - Easy: Burr... its cold in CO right now. Easy run on the bike paths around Boulder. Tried out my new Olympus. Going to take some getting used to.
Friday: 
  • AM Run: 8.51 Mi - 800' - 1:06 - Easy: A quick little jog around Boulder with Trent. Legs are starting to come around.
Saturday:
  • AM Run: 16.04 Mi - 3,700' - 3:05 - Long: Joined the RMR for part of their long run. Tagged Green before dropping back to town. Super slippery with my One 2's and cut my shin open a bit because of it. Fun day out though.
