This week was a definite recover week... A total of 17 minutes of running, each step still hurt. Otherwise recovery is going well. I should be back to training next week and am still debating if I will be at UROC next weekend. I am going to wait and see how I feel at the beginning of the week. On Saturday I did get a chance to summit a mountain and it felt awesome! After being immobilized for nearly a week, standing on top of a mountain at 12,000 ft was revitalizing.
