Summary:

Solid Week! Lilly Lake got groomed early in the week and I was able to get out there on 4 different occasions to skate ski. I also got down to Gunnison twice and put in a couple long runs. Then on Saturday, I had my 26th birthday and got to get after it with a 3 x marathon (Triathlon) of an early morning skate ski, mid morning road bike, and afternoon run, all of which were a full marathon distance. 78.74 mile in all that day. 

Next week I will be in Utah with some friends trail running through Bryce and Zion NP. So hopefully my legs recover. There is also no more ski conditioning, since Thursday was the last day of that. Time to get into a core / strength routine of my own now.
