Summary: SOLID week! Solid past 10 days! My legs are finally feeling good again. It only took two weeks after Quad Rock. Just in the past 5 days I have had 3 runs of 5 hours or more, and nearly 116 miles on singles with anywhere from 25-30k vert. I also have 5 more mountain summits. This was my last week in Boulder before heading home to CB. I am excited that my body is finally recovering quickly. I feel as if I can now put some good back-2-backs together and not feel completely trashed afterwards. I think that the climbing has been a huge benefit to that. I have about 10 more solid training days before I have to ease up before San Juan 50, so hopefully the trails in CB are melted out enough to start getting up high. Just 3 weeks until the next race!
