Summary: A rough week... My legs were pretty beat up from Quad Rock, and after taking just 3 days easy, tried to do a "somewhat" long run. It was apparently too much too early since my legs felt trashed the next day and my left hip started to hurt. The rest of the week and the weekend I just took it really easy. Hopefully by the middle/end of next week I can get back into my normal training schedule.
