Training Recap: February 16 - 22

Sunday: 
  • AM Run: 18.32 Mi - 2,900' - 2:28 - Long: Finally, a descent "long" run. Ran on the first part of the Run Through Time course in Salida. Threw down some faster miles in the middle.
Monday: 
  • PM Run: 5.19 Mi - 400' - 0:45 - Easy: Short jog with Benn Dunn. Busy packing all my stuff to move to Boulder.
Tuesday: 
  • Day Off. 
Wednesday: 
  • AM Run: 14.02 Mi - 1,800' - 1:43 - Moderate: First run as a Boulder resident... A few miles on trails, then the rest on the bike paths. Ended up running faster than planned.. I'm not used to flat / concrete / lower elevation. It was easy to overdo it.
Thursday: 
  • PM Run: 10.06 Mi - 1,300' - 1:16 - Easy: Windy and brisk up in Ned on the roads.
Friday: 
  • AM Run: 10.08 Mi - 500' - 0:41 - Easy: Easy morning run up in Ned from Jess's. Hopefully I can find a bed and dresser soon so I can unpack and stay at my new place...
Saturday:
  • AM Run: 21.47 Mi - 3,400' - 2:56 - Long: Solid long run with Mike O & Ryan starting from the Bobo trailhead. Plenty of hills and trail (some very icy) and finished with a 5 mile solid effort on the bike paths.
