Summary: Another solid week of running. I was able to do a somewhat hard/tempo run on the roads on Tuesday, and had a couple runs over 20 miles mixed in as well. I did not hit my goal of 100 this week though, but am satisfied all the same. 

Hopefully next week won't be as busy (work wise) and I can get that first century of the year in, as well as some more sleep. I also want to get on on the nordic trails since my skies have been neglected lately. Trail running season is getting close, but nordic season still has about 6 good weeks left.
