Summary:

This was another very mellow week, although I did get one descent run in. Now that I have had a few rest weeks, have started my winter job, and the snow is finally falling... I can once again get into a more structured routine. These past few weeks have been a roller coaster training wise. I have found it difficult to train without a clear goal to focus on. That is all changing though, and I plan on using the next two weeks to get my mind and body back in the groove. The nordic trails are finally buried under a blanket of white, and I am eager to put in some time on my skate skies. My race schedule is becoming more solidified for next season, Hardrock will not be on the calendar (maybe next year...), but there will be many competitive and challenging races non the less. Now I need to buckle down, put in the miles, and hopefully find some additional sponsorship for this upcoming season. Cold mornings here I come. - Run Pure.
