Summary: Running was consistent this week, and I finally get in M,W,F core workouts, but I did not get out enough times on my skate skies. I was hoping for over 50 miles of skating this week and fell quite a bit short. Getting up earlier (and going to bed earlier) will be key since I start work at 11:00 AM most days. As for next week, I will again plan on trying to skate 50+ mi and most likely run 60+/- miles. There is another local nordic race next weekend, so I want to be a little more prepared for that as well.
