Summary:
At the start of the week my body felt tired. I managed to summit a mountain and get in a few descent days but it seemed to catch up to me. The second half of the week I backed off a bunch and tried to get more sleep. It has also been hard getting into a routine since I am not working at the moment. (Waiting for the snow so I can start work at the nordic center). Anyway, now that I have had two down weeks in a row, I plan on getting back into the groove next week. Hopefully running about 50 miles and skate skiing 50-75 miles. The road biking might be done for the season, but that's not the first time I have said that this year...
