Summary

This was a solid building week. Getting into a routine and finally bringing some consistency back. I did my first ever ski race on Saturday, the local CB Nordic Citizens Race - 21k Skate. I finished 4th (5th if Xavi did not pull out of the results), and my time was 1:19:50. Just under 6 min mile pace. Now I have something to work on. It would be nice to get that down below 65 min by the end of the season. Next week should look about the same, with a little more skate skiing, hopefully another day of core, and about 5-10 more miles of running.
