Summary: Solid first week on the road. Started a two month trip (traveling by bike & thumb) around Colorado & Utah. It's the off season and I am trying to get out of the snow, find some new trails and mountains to run, as well as rep VFuel. Going to live the Vagabond lifestyle for about 8 weeks. This week training went well, I was able to put in a solid long run mid week as well as my first legit tempo effort. My legs are a bit tired, and I am still working on getting a routine while traveling, but so far so good!
